RESOLUÇÕES DA PLENÁRIA DOS ESTUDANTES DAS UNIVERSIDADES ESTADUAIS DE SP
(Realizada em 06/06/07 na Reitoria Ocupada da USP)
– Pauta unificada da greve estadual aprovada por consenso (cinco pontos): revogação dos decretos; mais verbas; contratações; moradias estudantis; não às punições;
– Luta pelas diretas para reitor e outros cargos, sem vinculação à titulação (por consenso);
– Comando estadual de greve aberto e por votação dos delegados e não por consenso. O comando será eleito nas assembléias de curso;
– Delegados na proporção de 1 para 50 em cada assembléia de curso (com fração de 30);
– 1a. reunião do Comando: dia 15 de junho, 10 da manhã, na reitoria da USP (com rotatividade: as seguintes deverão ser em cidades do interior ou em outros locais da capital);
– Como parte do calendário de lutas, participação em bloco na parada GLBTT, 10 de junho, com uma faixa da USP, UNESP e UNICAMP em greve, onde esteja escrito "Contra toda as formas de opressão";
– Ato unificado com o funcionalismo público estadual (APEOESP, saúde, etc.) no dia 15 de junho (indicativo de passeata até a Secretaria de Ensino Superior, no centro);
– Semana de ocupações de 18 a 22 de junho;
– Participação na Plenária Nacional dos estudantes no dia 16 de junho, que será realizada na reitoria ocupada da USP;
– Incorporação da Parada Cultural da UNICAMP (13/06) ao calendário;
– Campanha com o seguinte slogan: "A UNE não fala em nome dos estudantes em luta";
– Aprovação de uma nota à sociedade sobre a greve e as ocupações.
– (Perdeu a votação: colocar a exigência de que a reitoria convoque uma assembléia universitária em vez de reuniões de CO como um dos eixos da greve).

Esta errada a data da semana nacional de ocupações que é de 11 à 15 de Junho. E os delegados serão tirados por assembléias de curso ou de unidade.

Eu acho que num microcosmo uspiano, onde alguém que delibera sobre o futuro de milhares de alunos (a Reitora) é escolhido sem voto direto, a ocupação não pode ser considerada um atentado ao Estado de direito, à democracia. Também, nem de longe, é um ato de força mais violento que os decretos do Sr. Governador.
A todos vocês que ocupam a Reitoria e aos que são rápidos em taxar o resto da USP de burguesia reacionária, eu duvido que em sã consciência qualquer aluno que tenha lido os decretos seja a favor deles. O que me irrita na postura da ocupação é essa idéia ingênua de quem não está conosco, está contra nós. O que a USP menos precisa pra derrubar os decretos é que ela se divida (ainda) mais.

A ocupação é totalmente legítima e necessária para a conquista de nossas reivindicações contra os decretos autoritários do Serra, estive no Encontro de Públicas na quarta-feira e fiquei muito contente em ver como a Reitoria está ocupada….com muitos cartazes que transmitem a força nacional do movimento.
Enfim…quero afirmar o meu apoio á ocupação e que seja duradoura até a conquista de nossas bandeiras.

Sou contra a invasão
Não acho que tenho que propor nada, porque não considero invasão de nenhuma forma um ato democrático. Sendo assim, por principio não faz sentido em negociar com pessoas que são tão ditadoras quanto os que ela acusam, e se escondem atrás de um movimento.
Quanto ao Movimento Estudantil, ele só pode crescer quando seus integrantes deixarem a postura de critica vazia, e passarem a uma postura propositva/fiscalizadora respeitando as instituiçoes e a leis.
Basta ver que não se conseguiu falar com reitora/secretário de justiça, porque o movimento não é capaz de entender que se é preciso ceder em alguns pontos, por isso se senta para negociar. O que estamos fazendo até agora é uma imposição, que é um ato “extremamente democrático”.
O comando de greve soa como golpe, mas não é o que importa. A Ocupação precisa discutir uma negociação real com a Reitoria, tendo em vista que todo o capital político adquirido está indo para o ralo. Parte dos grupos que ocupam Reitoria não respeitam a singularidade de cada pessoa,querem impor uma visão únida incompatível para o momento atual.
Conclamo a todos que não concordam mais com a Ocupação, que lutem para apresentar pautas negociáveis. Greve e ocupação não são a mesma coisa. Está próximo o momento em que será o malogro total emprestar força para quem acha que vai derrubar o Serra ou qualquer coisa do tipo. Estão destruindo as conquistas obtidas até agora, estão inviabilizando a possibilidade de um ME fote e duradouro.
